Licenses
All free products and downloads on Bounce Color are supported by the Standard License. If you require to use them in Commercial, you will need to buy the full pack including the Commercial License.
Standard License
Allows a single person to use Bounce Color products in an unlimited number of projects in the following ways/places:
- A single person usage
- Unlimited uses
- YouTube (including monetisation)
- Client, personal and corporate projects
- Social media advertising
- Social media
- Podcasts
- Film festivals
- Video on Demand (Netflix, Prime Video etc.)
- TV, Commercial or theatre releases
- Share downloads with others
Commercial License
Allows a single person to use Bounce Color products in an unlimited number of projects in the following ways/places:
- A single person usage
- Unlimited uses
- YouTube (including monetisation)
- Client, personal and corporate projects
- Social media advertising
- Social media
- Podcasts
- Film festivals
- Video on Demand (Netflix, Prime Video etc.)
- TV, Commercial or theatre releases
- Share downloads with others
- By purchasing a product, it is a one-time purchase (no subscription)
- By purchasing a product, you can use them for an unlimited amount of time. We do not have time limits on usage
- A single license applies to a single product. If multiple products are selected, a license for each product will need to be selected
- You can use Bounce Color products in your clients videos
- You do not need to credit Bounce Color for using Bounce Color products in your videos, work, or clients videos
You may not:
- sell, redistribute, transfer, sublicense, give away or assign the Digital Media.
- resell the Digital Media by itself or as part of a package.
- Provide source files from Bounce Color to any client. All source files are only licensed to the customer who bought the products.
- resell the Digital Media (or make it available) in any manner that would enable a third party to download the Product(s) as a separate file.
- resell the Digital Media (or make it available) as part of any competing product such as an instrument library, stock content, or digital product.
- resell the Digital Media (or otherwise make it available) as part of any competing product such as a library or digital product.
You agree:
- that Bounce Color owns all rights to the Digital media hosted on our website bouncecolor.com.
- that sending the Digital media to others, you will be liable for copyright violation under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 of UK Law and are subject to a fine of £10,000.
Definitions
- Digital Media - means the product(s) and other licensed digital files available on this site.
