Downloadable products

Bounce Color cannot accept refunds due to the nature of digital products not being able to be returned.

If you have downloaded any of the files from the order, refunds will not be accepted. We can see whether any files have been downloaded on our server.

If your products have never been downloaded, we are more than happy to refund you.

Exchanges are accepted. Please contact to discuss.
